The Jasia software, interface, workflow, documentation, branding, and original content are proprietary to David Schoenfelder / Jasia and are All Rights Reserved. No license to copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, host, reverse engineer, or create derivative works is granted except by written agreement or applicable law.

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant the service only the limited permission needed to process that content to provide features you request. You are responsible for having rights to submitted material.

Third-party software and assets retain their own license terms. Facts, ideas, methods, systems, and other material outside copyright protection are not claimed.

The service is provided as is to the maximum extent permitted by law.
